WHAT IS IT?

FINAL DEATH is Issue 004 of 3HEX, a minimalist solo RPG series built around tight loops, hard choices, and zero mercy.

Each run is a handful of in-game days:

• Scavenge ruined locations
• Fight, flee, or risk everything on bad odds
• Watch hunger grind you down
• Spend precious resources to bend fate
• Get torn apart by zombies anyway

When you hit 6 Hunger, you’re dead.

No saves. No legacy perks. No mercy.

HOW IT PLAYS

• Solo, turn-based
• Each turn = one day
• Roll **2d6** for everything
• Three hexes, each with four locations
• Every event can kill you

Your core resources:

• Haul – your score
• Rations – delay the inevitable
• Ammo – makes things *slightly* less hopeless
• Hunger (HGR) – the clock that always wins

Hunger penalises all* your rolls.

At 6 Hunger, you die. End of run.

THE TWIST: “OUTS”

FINAL DEATH lets you cheat — briefly.

You can spend:

• Ammo
• Rations
• Or even gain Hunger

…to nudge dice results up or down.

It’s powerful.

It’s dangerous.

And it will absolutely kill you later.
